Koop Chiropractic Financial & Insurance Information

We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, VISA, and Discover.

• Our regular Chiropractic Adjustment fee is $49 for payment at time of service (patients paying out-of-pocket). A New Patient History/Exam fee of $50 applies to first time patients. Discount packages (pre-paid) are available for 5 or 10 chiropractic visits, saving you money. Insurance patients pay their copay and/or deductibles.
• Our Maintenance Adjustment fee (call for details) is only $39.
• AquaChi Detoxification Footbaths are $30 - Your first one is $25. Discounted packages available -- pay for 9 and get the 10th free!
• Nutrition Response Testing (Initial history and Body Scan, determination of supplements needed, computerized HRV Testing and Report) is $99.
• Allergy testing and Allergy Elimination sessions for food or environmental allergies (ASERT technique which is uses no needles) are $69 for allergy testing and $45 for allergy elimination, up to 5 allergens, as determined by the Doctor.
• Massage Therapy rates:
• 30 minutes  for $30 (only $25 if booked with an chiropractic adjustment)
• 60 minutes for  $59      First 60 min massage at the office - only $49!
• 90 minutes for  $89
• 45 minutes for $45
• Gift certificates are available for Massage, Chiropractic Care and for Detox Footbaths. Buy the gift of health for someone you love!

Insurance Coverage

We are providers for just about all insurance groups, including Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Anthem BC/BS, United Healthcare, Great West, Denver Health Medical, Medicare and Kaiser.  Dr. Koop also provides care in automobile accidents, and will work with your auto med pay insurance.  She does not need a referral from another doctor to treat you in an auto accident.

If you have an insurance plan in which we participate, you pay the copay and/or deductible and we will wait for payment from the insurance company. We will bill your insurance for you, at no charge to you.

Call us with your insurance information if you are not sure whether you have chiropractic benefits or your plan is not listed and we will verify benefits for you.
